Clean enough for a comfortable stay, with fluffy towels and soft sheets. The location is truly a gem, within walking distance to downtown. If you're looking for reasonable pricing and decent staff service, this is a solid choice!

The location was fantastic with easy access to public transport and plenty of nearby restaurants. However, the check-in process felt like a scavenger hunt due to the lack of signage.

The family room was spacious, allowing my kids to play freely and have a good time. We found it conveniently close to downtown attractions, making it easy for our family outings. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay more enjoyable.

My children wished there were more kid-friendly amenities. An indoor play area would greatly improve the experience for families.

Location is great, close to restaurants and public transport. The room had some stains and could be cleaner. They did offer bicycle rentals.

I loved being just a short walk away from the Art Gallery of Ontario and enjoying delicious meals at the nearby Queen Margherita Pizza and Lisbon by Night Restaurant, which made exploring the city a breeze. however, the check-in process could be smoother since staff wasn't always available.

Clean room, comfortable beds, with a kitchenette that includes cookware and utensils made our stay quite convenient while being just 3 km from the main train station.

The broken coffee maker also added to the disappointment, taking away from an otherwise enjoyable stay.
